This role will involve:
- Supervising 2 payroll staff
- Dealing with over 2000 payees each month
- Using ADP Freedom
- Manually dealing with salary changes, store transfers & other amendments to terms
- Support staff with pay-slips, P60's & updating bank details
- Management reporting (payroll, turnover, absence etc.)
- PSA & holiday Administration
- US Payroll
The ideal Payroll Manager will:
- Work well independently as well as part of a team
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent experience using ADP Freedom
- Experience in doing US Payroll
- Have retail payroll experience
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
