Organisation Description
Reed are currently recruiting a Payroll & Complex Query Advisor for an international financial company in Poole.
Salary range £17,000 - £23,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
35 hours per week.
Job Description
In this role you will be working within the Payroll & Complex Queries team, handling large volumes of staff queries relating to pay and daily payroll activity across the company.
* Running technical tasks and reports within SAP to support creation of monthly payroll generation of production of approx 50k payslips and 900 945’s monthly
* Providing 2nd tier level advice, investigation & resolution of all payroll service
* Complete daily, weekly & monthly checks and controls complying with internal audit procedures
* Calculation and completion of emergency payment requests
* Reconciliation and processing of financials to internal and external vendors
Person Specification
We are looking for candidates with an indepth knowledge of payroll legislation, calculation and processes.
Knowledge of IT systems ideally SAP, Siebel, Excel, Word and Sage Payroll
Good case management and problem solving ability, attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
