Key Accountabilities:

  • Checking weekly timesheets
  • Processing weekly payroll via Iris software
  • Calculating and processing statutory payments
  • Processing starters and leavers documentation
  • Checking monthly payroll adjustments
  • Processing monthly payroll via Iris software
  • Analysing and processing expenses payments via payroll
  • Managing all absence records
  • Assisting with payroll audit preparation
  • Preparing HMRC returns
  • Preparing weekly and monthly payroll reports

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation
  • Ensuring accuracy of payroll payments and deductions
  • Liaison with Departmental Managers
  • Liaison with HSQE Department
