A rare opportunity has presented itself to join a multi-franchised dealership group based in Berkshire The client is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join and assist in leading the department with the day to day duties as required.

You must demonstrate that you have a stable career history and should have already been working in a similar role; the successful candidate will have that genuine commitment for delivering the highest standard of customer service which is only to be expected at this level.

As a Parts Manager some of the responsibilities will include:

The day to day running of a Sales Orientated Business
Defining and delivering measurable business improvement in all areas
Ensuring that the costs for the centre are in line with the agreed budgets
Seizing opportunities to improve key performance indicators
Maximising sales and commissions through all sales channels
Maximise customer satisfaction through daily analysis
A good understanding of marketing and business development
Ensure stock integrity is maintained through rigorous checks
Day to day responsibility for all staff, encouraging motivating and training as required
Ensure all deadlines are met on reporting issues
