Parts Advisor

A busy Dealership based in the Reading area require an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to assist in planning and co-ordinating the parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximise sales volumes.

Key Duties amongst others include:
Assisting with all aspects of the sales department
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Assisting on the trade business counter
Sourcing products not in stock (distribution centres and suppliers), advising the customer on availability and delivery time scales
Promoting additional company discounts to account customers
Providing a professional and efficient service

Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Sales ability
Excellent communication skills
Self Motivated
