PARTS ADVISOR, ESSEX

Parts Advisor, Essex:    Our client is a well established and highly successful motor dealership group and they are seeking an experienced automotive Parts Advisor for their dealership in Harlow, Essex.

The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you must be a confident and motivated person who is good at interacting with people and who can represent the company in a professional way.

You must be a numerate person with good verbal and written communication skills complimented by an enthusiastic and positive disposition. You should be able to:

* Provide support within the Parts Department
* Identify, order and distribute parts
* Process parts returns
* Achieve the highest levels of customer care
* Be organised and methodical in carrying out administration tasks
* Work on your own initiative and not require close supervision
* Display a good team spirit and be a positive contributor to team morale

The Person
To apply for the role  of Parts Advisor it is essential that you have parts experience from a dealership environment or motor factors and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service standards.   Kerridge experience is also required.
