Partnership Opportunity

Our client is based in SW London and has a very well developed client base across SW London and Surrey. The firm are currently looking to develop their senior members and are keen to have a business discussion with perhaps one of the following:

a) A Sole Practitioner looking to merge with a well respected firm of chartered accountants
b) A Partner in an existing firm looking to break away and develop his/her portfolio in a more autonomous environment
c) A Senior Manager with a proven client portfolio (50-100k)
d) An individual who would perhaps initially like to share/rent offices to get to know the current Partners before committing/setting up in partnership.

It is envisaged the individual will most probably be a Chartered Accountant with a good working knowledge of personal and corporate tax matters so can operate as a competent general practitioner in the local market. All the current partners originally trained with considerably larger firms and have excellent technical skills and strong business relationships.

This opportunity will suit an entrepreneurial individual who is able to bring some portfolio to the table in return for an equity stake in a well respected local firm.
