The Package:
Basic salary 14-16K plus commission and bonuses, with benefits including company stakeholder pension scheme, childcare voucher scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance cover and reduced hours during School Holidays. This is a part time role 3 days per hence the lower salary.

The Recruitment Opportunity:
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Support Recruitment Consultant to join the UK's largest independent Education recruitment specialist. While other recruitment sectors are performing poorly our education client is looking to expand their established team in their Wolverhampton office.
You will be someone that has a passion for Education and is driven to provide Schools with the best possible service.
Your objective will be to support recruitment consultants in filling their bookings, confirming bookings with schools, speaking to candidates regarding availability and specifics of roles, meeting candidates and conduction registrations, answering phones, filing, organising and general office based duties.

We are looking for someone that is business minded, motivated, a strong team player, that is not afraid to get on the phone. You will ideally be an ambitious individual who thrives within a challenging and competitive environment. You should have excellent communication skills, be hands on, driven, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced work environment.

The Person Spec:
Ideal candidates would be individuals with an Education Recruitment background (or similar field), an experienced teacher (Primary, Secondary or SEN) with some experience in business or a sales professional looking to move into recruitment. You will be targeted on a weekly basis to achieve a certain number of sales calls/visits and bookings gained.

The Client:
Recruitment Consultants working with our client will work directly with schools, nurseries, local authorities, coupled with candidates: teachers, support-workers and nursery nurses. Your focus will be on delivering superb levels of customer service and developing and growing your business by maximising the number of filled positions both long term and day to day. This will be a target driven sales focused environment with bags of support and career progression.
