We are seeking an experienced PART TIME EVENING/WEEKEND Customer Care Specialist for our sucessful and growing client in the local Fakirk area.
Job Purpose:
- To deliver exceptional Customer Service to clients through your professionalism and care for the client's needs.
- You will be entirely responsible for explaining the benefits of working with the organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls - retentions and upgrades
- Working towards targets
- Responding to emails
- Excellent ability to multi-task between calls and emails
Skills Required:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in Ms Office (Outlook & Word)
- Organised and can prioritise workload in order of importance
- Can deal with adhoc duties as and when required
- Be well presented, polite and friendly
- Good at managing difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Good commercial awareness
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Enjoys helping others and can work as part of a team
