Our client is a developing local company with over 25 years experience in their area of expertise. Their commitment to maintaining high quality standards has won them contracts with some of the UKs leading manufacturers. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join the friendly, tight-knit team of the organisation's Blaydon-based facility. The position would be well-suited to a candidate with a background within the industrial/engineering sector, however this is not essential. As the office is relatively small, applicants must be self-motivated and be happy to work on their own initiative in a quieter environment. The successful candidate must have previous experience in the use of Sage Line 50. Duties will include banking, payroll, manning telephone lines and general admin duties. The position is initially temporary with the potential to go permanent for the right person. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9am - 2pm and 9am -1pm on Fridays.
