Part III Architect

TL Placements have been appointed to recruit a Part III Architect to work for their prestigious multi-disciplinary consultancy.

You will work as an Architect to provide architectural design services and project management across a broad spectrum of services.  Working at a highly skilled level you will produce accurate work, taking responsibility to meet targets and deadlines demonstrating effective self management and able to interpret client briefs

This client manages large-scale new-build and refurbishment projects and can add value at every stage of development, from initial concept planning through to the design and fit-out of interior spaces.  They specialise in projects across different sectors with an emphasis on affordable housing, education and healthcare premises.

As a Part III qualified architect you will need to be able to demonstrate a wide variety of project experience, in particular within affordable housing and have exposure to project management and be able to demonstrate a professional approach to client meetings and delivering the project to the client's expectations.
