Job Description
A long running medium sized architectural practice have started the year of well with a healthy orderbook spread over a good mix of projects.
They have 25 staff members and work locally and internationally with clients across education, community and leisure projects.
The practice are looking for a tenacious candidate to go in and work with on of the partners on a new hotel development and an educational build on an existing site.
You will utilise you're front end skills working up to planning stage where you're contribute with; scheme designs, feasibility studies and site layouts.
The client are keen to make this a permanent position which will be reviewed at the end of the 3 month arrangement.
Candidates applying will have completed their RIBA Part ll and have gained experience within an architectural environment.
You're need to have evidence of freehand ability and AutoCAD proficiency in you're portfolio.
The client will support CPD activities and they provide you with a challenging and varied workload.
