My client are a national Wealth Management firm and one of the fastest growing Privately owned firm within financial services in the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior Paraplanner to work alongside the current Chartered level Paraplanner Manager and act as a point of contact to some of the slightly less experienced members of the team.
You provide Paraplanning services to the most successful fee earners in all aspects of Pensions, Investments, Tax planning and other areas of financial advice. You will also actively contribute to the ability of the FS team, under the general direction of the Paraplanning Manager.
Your duties will include the following:
*Provide preparation reports, suitability letters and the processing of new business and the maintenance of existing business.
*Undertake client portfolio valuations.
*Making sure all client information and facts are maintained and up to date for the Financial Advisors to proceed with the business.
*Attend and advise in team meetings.
*Keep advisors and clients informed of progress.
*Liaise with providers to provide client service on new and existing clients.
The successful candidate must have experience working within an IFA/Wealth Management practice and be a minimum Diploma status qualified as you will be viewed as a point of contact for technical issues.
If you have knowledge of 1st software that would be a benefit but not essential.
