A fantastic opportunity has come up with a fee based practice of Independent Financial Advisers and Brokers in Warwick. My client provides independent financial advice directly to high net worth personal and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in Paraplanning for Investments, Pensions, and Life . You must have a good understanding of IT and are familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel. Training and assistance will be provided but you must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve high levels of accuracy in research, preparation of reports, suitability letters, the processing of New Business and the maintenance of existing business
• Undertaking client portfolio valuations and evaluations as required
• Contribute to corporate development and prosperity, assist other staff and be involved with their training as required
• Ensure that all relevant facts and client information have been obtained by the Financial Advisors
• To prepare and maintain the file prior to handover to the PA.
• Keep advisors and clients informed of progress as appropriate
• Attend and advise in team meetings as required by Line Manager
• Provide cover o the other team meetings as required as advised by Line Manager
• Commitment to ongoing and further professional study
• Strong professional experience and understanding of the FS industry
• Have a structured and methodological approach when dealing with client advice and transactions
• Experience of using Standard Life Wrap
