Paralegal - Healthcare Cardiff - 6 month contract

Private practice law firm requires paralegals to join their regulatory team who act for numerous clients in relation to fitness to practice investigations covering a wide range of professions. The positions will be to assist in the handling of fitness to practice cases involving midwives and nurses. Candidates with 1-2 years legal work experience are required preferably with a healthcare background would be desirable but not essential, however a good understanding of the role of healthcare professionals is important. 6 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will be expected to work under the supervision of a Case Supervisor. This position is a full time position based in the Firm`s Cardiff office and will be on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
The role will be to manage a caseload of fitness to practice cases involving midwives and nurses involving taking and drafting witness statements, drafting charges, working to strict time and quality standards.
