Paralegal - Clinical Negligence

My client, a well know Law Firm are looking to recruit a Paralegal within the Clinical Negligence Department. The role is a new position to assist the department head . The successful applicant will be required to -

Take Statements from clients

Comple Legal Aid Forms

Assisting with Court Of Protection and Deputyship work

Assist Fee Earner with caseloads

Training will be given although the ideal candidate will possess the following -

Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills

Able to work with a sympathetic nature due to the sensitivity of the cases

Must have Previous Paralegal Experience in either Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury

Being an excellent team player

Some fee earning experience is required

Experience within a similar role is a Must

Unfortunately we are not looking for someone who is currently or has completed their LPC.

The role would also suit an experienced legal secretary who has completed their ILEX but can also demonstrate some fee earning skills.
