Organisation Description

My client, based in Redhill, is looking for a PA to suport the MD.

Job Description

Key Duties will include:

*Helping to run and organise the Managing Directors office.
*Assist in the preparation of the Managing Directors’ communications e.g. letters, memos, reports, emails and notices.
*Be responsible for Human Resources and maintain the Company’s personnel records.
*Manage and help control costs of Company travel arrangements and external training courses.
*Manage and help control costs of service contracts such as drinks vending, fax, photocopiers, window cleaning etc.
*Manage day to day administration functions such as insurance schemes and employee benefits such as pension, PHI and health insurance.
*Assist the Management Team where possible and practical.
*Work with the Managing Director on other projects and assignments where appropriate.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

*Circa 5 years PA / Secretarial
*Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel
*A discreet, professional and confident attitude
*Ability to work with senior managers and team members professionally and proactively
*First class communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
