Our client's is an expanding and profitable National IFA that deliver's quality support services to IFAs and Mortgage Advisers to enable them to meet the regulatory requirements of the FSA. In addition, they provide clients with a professional service over the whole range of their financial needs.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will provide PA support whilst developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential IFA's. Your responsibilities will include:

* Liaising between Departments to ensure the best possible support service for members.
* Building relationships with members as part of the Company's Retention Programme.
* Co-ordinating Sales Events including Best Practice, training, meetings etc.
* Liaising with T & C / Compliance in relation to member issues.
* Liaising with the Membership Department regarding new pipelines, and organising and attending bi-weekly pipeline meetings.
* Producing Network and National member financial analysis.
* Liaising with Financial Directors regarding renewal of deals and fixed terms.
* Collating information for Directors in respect of the Top 50 members in document form and distributing as appropriate.
* Providing PA support to NSD, including diary management, travel arrangements, responding to emails and incoming post, typing, production of Board Reports and expenses, and other general administrative duties as necessary.

THE PERSON
You will have a Business Administration NVQ or RSA qualification, or equivalent, in typing and have experience in a Personal Assistant/Secretarial role to Directors or Senior Managers. Previous experience in an Administrative role is desirable as is knowledge of the Insurance / Financial Services industry.

You will be a flexible and adaptable individual able to work well as part of a team or on your own initiative. You will have a good telephone manner with excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment. In addition, you will possess good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Database applications.
