Job Description
Temporary position 37 hours per week.
Our client is urgently looking for an Outreach worker to be based in Saffron Walden. This position will provide services to children and young people who are engaged in risk taking behaviours, through a range of interventions. These will include individual and family support appropriate to the needs of the service users and group work.
You will need to work closely with other social care agencies and social care professionals to provide support to children, young people and their families through appropriate intervention services which achieve positive and agreed outcomes, as directed by their care plan and line manager.
Will include home visits to families so must be a driver.
