Responsibilities:
This consultative selling team sells products and services to the unique and vibrant community of 4.7 million UK small
business customers. Our award winning products include QuickBooks - a small business financial management solution and
payroll for effectively and accurately paying employees.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Using listening and proven consultative selling skills to assess and understand the unique needs of each of our customers
Positioning, promoting and selling our portfolio of products and services to current customers and prospects.
Accurately tracking sales and orders into our information technology systems
Providing a delightful customer experience as they interact with you, the face of Intuit
Achieving your individual sales goals while contributing to a fun, positive, learning team environment
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum two years of sales experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment
Six months experience in a sales chat position, engaging customers online, answering their questions, driving them to
purchase on either the phone (inbound) or the web.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong listening and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (primarily using e-mail, fax and telephone communication)
Business acumen and ability to make smart decisions. We are looking for someone who understands the basic dynamics of running
a business as well as being able to exercise good judgment when engaging small business customers (i.e. do not outbound call
a restaurant owner at noon when they are in the middle of lunch service!).
Strong customer service attitude, focus on making sales while also creating loyal, delighted customers
