OBJECTIVES Your aim will be to call and take calls from potential customers whose Insurance renewal dates are coming up and:- Persuade them to have a insurance quotation. Talk them through the benefits of our market beating products gain their commitment to buying a policy from us leave them with a positive impression of the company and a great feeling about our products. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - To convert outbound and inbound leads by :- Identifying the customer’s needs and then matching them - Explaining clearly the benefits of our great products - Developing empathy with our customers - Asking for the business - Ensuring you sell the right elements of cover - To complete any other administrative tasks as appropriate to your role using all skills given during training to ensure you ask for the business in a way that is ethical and within the limits of the company guidelinesThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of The People Bureau Ltd who are operating as an Employment Agency.
