Outbound Sales Advisor

Our Belfast site is a very successful contact centre employing around 600 people at our Mays Meadow, situated opposite Central Station. Our Telephone Distribution teams speak to customers enquiring about the range of Santander's highly competitive products

The Role

As an outbound sales advisor you will be contacting our existing customers and through relationship building you will identify their needs, in turn promoting the best financial products we have available to meet them.

What we will be looking for in you:

You will have experience of working in an outbound sales environment, preferably in financial services. You will also have the ability and confidence to quickly build strong relationships with our customers to promote some of the best products available. A track record of decision making, working to targets, as well as excellent PC skills and the ability to deliver the best service our customers expect.

Hours of Work

Flexibility will be essential for this role as the successful candidate could be required to work mainly across Monday - Friday 12.00- 8.00 pm.
