Outbound Sales Advisor

We currently seek talented and enthusiastic sales advisors to join one of Manchester’s leading financial solutions providers.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor you will:

• Make outbound calls to customers through a variety of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Build a rapport with customers quickly.
• Identify customer's financial needs and offer them a wide range of financial solutions and products including Debt Management & IVA’s.

In addition to generating sales you will have the opportunity to earn additional bonus by offering other financial products such as home and car insurance, broadband and utilities

The ideal Outbound Sales Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Previous experience within a Sales, Outbound Call Centre, Contact Centre or Account Management role.
• Experience in Face to Face Sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet targets.
• IT Literate.

Full training, ongoing coaching and continuous development will be given to ensure you achieve your individual targets and KPI's.
