This role is full-time, however part-time would be actively considered.
We work with small and medium sized businesses in the East Midlands region who want to make their businesses more profitable by increasing their exports.
In this rewarding role you will provide desk based support to our clients old and new, covering the complete UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) offer, but particularly focusing on the 'Passport to Export’ programme.
You’ll be primarily contacting them by telephone forging remote relationships, making and answering enquiries relating to UKTI programmes, workshops, funding, visits etc. The information you gain will need to be accurately recorded, and then acted upon by liaising with advisers and external partners.
Your main focus is to deliver highly proactive, exceptional customer service, which in turn will help drive up client engagement with UKTI services.
This is a fantastic chance to show off your excellent, all-round communication skills. You must be skilled at MS Office and preferably have experience using a CRM system. An understanding and an interest of international trade will definitely help.
