A superb opportunity has arisen for an Outbound Call Centre Agent to join our client, a well established and successful company providing debt solution services. They help consumers reclaim any monies due as a result of being inappropriately sold financial products.
Offering ongoing training as well as excellent career progression prospects, this is the ideal platform to develop your call centre career.
As an Outbound Call Centre Agent, you will be contacting prospective customers in order to sell them our client's reclaiming services. This will include reclaiming mis-sold financial items such as PPIs, credit cards and investments.
In this fast-paced and expanding environment, you will connect with large numbers of potential customers in an effort to reach your target and the higher end of the commission structure and the more customers you get on board the more commission you will earn.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A proven customer service background AND/OR
- Sales experience
As an Outbound Call Centre Agent, you must be customer focused with accurate numeracy and literacy skills. The ability to adapt to changing situations is key.
