Description of Project:
This vacancy is for a member of the Out of Hours Shared Service Desk based in Wakefield. This team provides first line support 365 days a year Out Of Hours to a range of key accounts. The role requires the individual to have BS security clearance and an application will be made for SC once joining the team which is an essential requirement.
We are looking for potential candidates to be able to interview and start w/e 06/05/12.
We are also looking for candidates to have experience working in a 1st line technical support environment as the role itself is a technical one.
Job Purpose and Accountabilities:
The OOH Shared Service Desk provide technical support, deal with calls out of core hours from several contracts.
