Organization Effectiveness Specialist
Responsible for the development and implementation of organizational effectiveness programs thought out the organization. This includes employee engagement, leadership capability development, strategic alignment, internal communication, process re-design and organization development. The person should be able to diagnose organizational issues/challenges, facilitate and influence the development of intervention programs. Coaching and mentoring other HR staff is also a key component of the job.
Person Specification
Candidate Profile:
10-12 years industry experience, majority should in the OE/HR area.
A keen observer to organization changes/issues and must be familiar with OE tools. Any suitable university qualification, an MBA is an added advantage.
