Job Description
Responsibilities
• Project managing the structure stream of organisational change programmes
• Working in partnership with functions to understand organisation change requirements and supporting them to define target structures and roles
• Preparing clear and simple reports/decision papers for key stakeholders
• Providing expertise on job design, ensuring Work Level principles are understood and followed
• Providing insight and recommendations on the structure opportunities in the Group Commercial business
• Working closely with the Group Organisation Development team to inform blueprint design
• Creating an internal and external network of Organisation Development experts, keeping up-to-date with external best practice
Requirements
• At least 10 years Learning and Organisation Development experience in sizable MNC
• Organisation Design and Change expertise
• Ability to switch between big picture and detail as required
• Project management
• Good verbal and written skills
• Effective Influencing & Relationship Building
• Collaborative & Flexible
• Drive
• Organisation Design and Change experience essential
