Orchard Finance Migration

I am working with a housing association in London on an excellent and urgent requirement.

My client needs a finance analyst to help with their rents project on a 3-6 month contract, paying a daily rate of £250-£300. They need a highly driven candidate to develop a tool for the calculation of rents to support the organisations diverse tenancy portfolio. The tool will incorporate principles of the rent influencing regime as well as key elements of the housing associations internal rent setting policy.

Due to its complexity and the critical nature of rent calculation, my client would like someone who has highly advanced excel skills including macros and financial modelling, able to develop a sophisticated database with multiple parameters.

Key knowledge, skills and abilities.

Essential:
*Must be technically minded with an awareness of database design and data models.
* Advanced excel skills including macros and financial modelling.
* Data migration and data cleansing
* Business modelling
* Highly resilient and able to work on own initiative

Desirable:
* Financial/ business degree or equivalent
* Knowledge of Orchard housing management system
* Experience of working in the housing sector, particularly dealing with rent setting
* Individual with good business/ financial understanding.
