Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience of managing people who has the ability to generate good working relationships with a diverse range of people. You will be self driven and will continually look for areas to improve the business performance. Our client would like someone to come from a background of either hospitality, leisure or gaming. A high level of organisational skills are required. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and developing a team who deliver exceptional customer service. This role is working in a gaming environment and you will be working 5 out of 7 days to include weekend work, this role will be a 40 hour week between the hours of 10am - 11pm. In return for you hard work you can achieve an additional 10% bonus of your annual salary based on achievement and set objectives. A great training programme is in place, a pension and London Allowance.
