Salary: £19,000 + benefits

Work in the interesting area of Operations for a prestigious luxury travel company!

I am looking to recruit a highly customer focused travel professional to join a busy operations team. You will utilise your first class customer service and communication skills to assist internal staff members with a variety of queries, requests and issues, liaise with suppliers, as well as provide back up support to the Duty Office team giving support to resort staff and customers.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced customer service or operations professional that has at least 2 years of working within a travel company or tour operator. This is a demanding, time critical, pressurised area of the business that requires a resourceful thinker who genuinely enjoys being involved and assisting people.

This department works on a shift basis between 8am - 8pm that incorporates some weekends.
