This business has an opportunity for a manager, experienced and skilled in managing passenger transport operations to take on this key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Ring and Ride and subsidiary services.
You will be a well organised, capable manager, passionate about the provision of good customer service, and also:
be NEBOSH trained and qualified in Health and Safety
hold CPC
have experience in fleet management and procurement
have proven ability to develop and manage contracts and tendering processes
be able to manage insurance policies and claims
competent in communicating and negotiating with trade unions
Based in central Manchester the role has responsibility for managing depots across the Greater Manchester Area and will require flexibility on working hours to meet the demands of the service.
