A leading and UK wide Life and Pensions outsourcing company, who have over 14 million pension scheme members.
Basic salary c. £45k to be based in Leeds and also cover Liverpool.
Job Description
To manage up to 6 reports.
Responsible for the delivery of agreed SLA's and budgets of projects.
Client facing role with a major impact and influence of client relationship management.
Implement best practice approach in managing risks, change control and quality in line with business requirements.
Provide good quality MI to the client and the business.
Person Specification
You must be able to make confident decisions, analyse data and problem solve at an advanced level.
Previous experience in a senior management role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, performance and client management skills.
Knowledge and understanding of financial services, business, regulatory, legal and ethical frameworks.
Knowledge of Life & Pensions industry and products.
Relevant professional qualifications such as FPC, CeFA, PMI or equivalents.
