My client is looking for what can be best described as an Operations Manager. The job holder will be a link between the directors, IFAs and admin teams and will manage the whole operation including:
Managing Computer & Operational Systems
Direct link between Directors - IFA network and Administration teams
Oversee and be directly responsible for whole operation
Business Development
Training
Co-ordination of offices
Auditing
Compliance functions
Person Specification
Due to the nature of the role the following is an essential requirement:
Experience within a Financial Services environment
Similar operational experience
Senior Management experience
Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
Manage multi-office locations
Manage and understand the functions of the administration team
Be actively involved and enthused in the company ambitions
