Operations Manager - IFA firm, Belfast
£22,000 to £27,000 plus benefits
This highly successful firm of Independent Financial Advisors provides group advice to corporate clients and personal advice to HNW individuals working on an advice model based on recurring income and client servicing. They have built a reputation for delivering efficient service and high quality advice to this wide range of clients across the full remit of group pension and risk planning plus investments and tax mitigation.
The firm is now looking to recruit a senior member of staff to join the management team with responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of operations within the company. The role is challenging and fluid in nature though will certainly involve people management and delivery of projects.
Applicants must have management and operational experience within in a Life and Pensions environment probably with exposure to compliance, office management, technical support, FSA requirements and logistics. Some experience of dealing with personal and group clients would be ideal.
