An exciting opportunity is offered by our client, a leading name in food production.
Reporting to the Site Managing Director, your role will be to manage and co-ordinate the implementation of all business improvement projects across the site by overseeing, driving and monitoring processes such as lean manufacturing and coordinating these in cooperation with all departments to bring about measurable improvements in quality and / or efficiency.
Experience Required;
Proven track record in delivery of continuous improvement programmes.
Operational experience in manufacturing involving complex work flow processes.
Knowledge of Lean Tools & Techniques.
Skills/Qualifications;
Educated to degree level.
Advocate and implementer of change.
Achievement of results through people and processes.
Strong analytical skills.
Effective communicator at all levels.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
