OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - This tour operator that has been established for over 60 years and sells a range of products specialising in beach and city breaks are looking for an Operations Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a 15 Month Maternity Cover position.

Operations Executive responsibilities:

- Dealing with any over bookings that may arise
- Speaking to resort reps with any issues
- Liaising with the duty office and local suppliers
- Consistently providing excellent customer service

Operations Executive skills:

- Previous travel sales experience is essential
- Previous successful candidates have been Travel Agents, Travel Consultants, Reservations, Travel Advisors
- A clear telephone manner and good attention to detail is essential
