Job Description
For this role, you will responsible for managing all risk related function including operational risk, internal control, and internal audit, perform operational review on the effectiveness of internal control processes and internal audit, monitoring all risks factors potentially impacting the company, performing analytical review and risks assessment, developing plans, procedures for risk management, internal control and internal audit. Moreover, you will prepare various reports on the review results of risks management, internal control and internal audit, and provide value adding recommendation to management to mitigate risks and increase the risk awareness.
Requirements:
• University graduate in Finance or Accounting with Professional Accounting Qualification
• Minimum of 8 years work experience in operational risk, internal control or internal audit gained from relevant industry and Big 4.
• Operational experience in telecommunications and infrastructure is a definite advantage
• Excellent problem solving and report writing report skills
• Ability to work both independently, and working as a team
• Proficiency in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management and compliance team in other countries
