Job Description
My financial sector client are looking for an Operational Risk / QA Framework Lead to be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive quality assurance framework which can be utilised by the bank to assess:
• That the sourcing outcomes are being achieved in line with the company requirements through the use of the end to end sourcing process
• That through the application of the procurement policy, the company is getting the required outcomes from its external suppliers, as defined by the banks 'supplier management standard' and other related standards
Person specification
Experience in financial services (retail banking desirable)
Knowledge and experience in operational risk and quality assurance delivery is essential
Senior stakeholder management experience is essential
