Operational Auditor

Gleeson are currently looking to recruit an operational auditor for a market leading brand based in Rugby, The role will involve:

• Manage the businesses international control program and coordinate self assessments by the business units.
• Review operational processes and controls for risk management, efficiency and effectiveness. Report findings and recommend actions.
• Audit and analysis of revenue and cost accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Evaluate capital investment opportunities, run Capex process and management, analysis and cost control of projects.
• Facilitate client compliance audits and carry out supplier audits.
• Assess the validity of Business Continuity Plans.
• Operational analysis and business decision support.
• Up to 25% European travel.

The Candidate

Qualified Accountant with 2+ years post qualification experience

First or second move in Industry

Audit or internal controls experience

Financial analysis, numerical and analytical skills

Project management and business partnering skill
