Job Description
As a Operation Manager, you will need to manage the Sales Operations team to achieve company objectives and sales targets. You will have to plan and implement operational strategies to ensure operations function are in compliance with corporate brand standards. You will need to drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet business targets as well as customer satisfaction. Also, you have to implement new initiatives such as staff development, to develop operational culture and enhance the quality of services.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years management experience in retail business with a Bachelor Degree, preferably with experience from beauty brands. Excellent people management and coaching kills are essential. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required
