Job Description
As a Operation Director, you will need to plan and develop the business strategies with the management team to enhance business growth. You will have to oversee all stores operations, build and drive the team to provide excellent service and achieve corporate objectives and sales targets. You will manage the Operations Planning team to formulate and implement operational strategies to maximize business growth and brand equity. You will act as a key driver in implementing business and service strategies to support business growth, and also ensure full compliance in all aspects of operations including regulatory and statutory requirements
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a MBA qualification degree along with minimum 10 years of management experience in retail or service industry. Proactive and self-driven team leader equipped with excellent communication, problem solving and relationship building skills are also important. Excellent command of Spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a must.
