Job Description
1. To ensure that own work (and the other members of your team) is organised and prioritised in accordance with agreed service, technical and data input, accuracy and TCF requirements.
2. To develop technical and behavioural capabilities of your direct reports
3. To develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and brokers undertaking external visits, review meetings and audits where appropriate.
4. To ensure a good working knowledge of the products, procedures and management information is achieved and maintained supported by training as required. Where appropriate to have achieved or be working towards CII qualification.
5. To achieve your key objectives and any additional objectives agreed with you by your manager and any other ad hoc tasks.
6. To suggest and or, evaluate and, where appropriate, implement innovative solutions that will support the company and its business partners by increasing profitability, efficiency or customer service.
7. To provide technical assistance and guidance in accordance and within own underwriting authority, refer all cases above authority level (making recommendations as necessary) and to provide assistance to colleagues, other departments and work on specific projects as and when required.
8. To provide quotations, MTA’s and renewals with documentation in accordance with procedures and instructions ensuring service level agreements are achieved.
9. Develop profitable business from commercial brokers & optimise sales and renewal retentions, actively contributing to growth targets and conversion ratios.

ACII Qualified (or significant progress towards)
