Onsite Co-ordinator

The Position:

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated individual to supervise an onsite temporary labour contract based at our client’s premises in Shirebrook, it is a supervisory role dealing with the daily welfare and management of The Best Connection’s workforce onsite, as well as building & maintaining the company’s relationship with the client.

Hours of Work:

5 days on - 2 days off

02.30-Midnight/05.30am - 15.30pm/11.30am-09.30pm with 2 x half hour breaks 

Personal attributes:

• People management, Supervisory/Team Leader experience
• Excellent communication skills
• PC literacy including a basic appreciation of Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain and develop a business relationship
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the account
• Fast learner with a problem solving mentality to offer ideas for further improvement
• Attention to detail as key information will be generated and presented to client
• Any Eastern European language advantageous

The Package:

Everyone who joins the company will be rewarded with a basic salary, plus a commission scheme, after full training. Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday 8 per annum, rising to 33 days after 2 years employment and inclusive of statutory holidays.
