Our client is a reputable company based in Bromley, looking to recruit an Adminstrator.

This is a 1 year contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on an interesting and varied role and to really make it your own.

  • Providing excellent administrative support to the on-line team, you will liaise with clients regarding general on-line support enquiries and resolve queries efficiently and professionally in a timely manner, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Producing accurate reports and spread sheets for clients, management and accounts
  • Chasing outstanding premiums and deal with payment and general account queries.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, scanning, photocopying, stationery and keeping internal systems up to date

Personal Qualities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to organise own time and prioritise workload to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Must have a C or above in Maths and English

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm
