Joining our multi-skilled, high-profile online team, you’ll look after Three’s websites, PC and mobile applications and all other technical platforms. It’s about continually improving the online service we provide. So working closely with the other teams within the Online function, you’ll decide what route the user journey should take and come up with a comprehensive strategy to that end. More than just focusing on the technical aspects though, you’ll be expected to account for marketing and customer needs and translate them into practical solutions. And drawing on your true knowledge of PPC and SEO, you’ll make sure we incorporate the key words and content into our designs that will drive as many people to our site as possible. Simply put, you’ll deliver strategies that not only balance technical excellence with first-rate customer experience, but keep us a step ahead of the market.

Experienced in supporting the development of online products, you’ll know a thing or two about digital technology and its limitations. And you’ll certainly have a good commercial understanding of customers and their demands. You’ll be confident communicating at every level and liaising with teams right across the business - challenging the way we do things when you need to. You don’t have to be a designer or developer, but obviously your technical interpretation skills will be first-class, and you’ll have a broad knowledge of web services; if this includes mobile and apps, all the better. But just as important is that you work effectively under pressure and are committed to providing the best customer experience possible.
