Responsible for emergency KPI reporting and non-emergency job tracking, support the Online Sales Manager with the day to day back office running of the Online Sales team
Responsible for emergency KPI reporting and non-emergency job tracking, support the Online Sales Manager with the day to day back office running of the Online Sales team
• Report publication time/dates
• WIP Progress e.g. how much is known/unknown
• Pricing Progress e.g. how long it takes to price something
• Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email;
• Experience of working within a customer focused environment is essential;
• Previous experience of report/analysis presentation using Excel
• Ability to produce timely and accurate reports
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared objectives / overall goals of the business;
• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong planning and organisational skills;
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively;
• Ability to solve problems readily;
