Basic $50,000-$65,000 + Super + Commission + incentives

This company are undoubtedly one of the fastest growing recruitment businesses in the Australian market and are hiring at an extremely fast rate. With offices in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, they are looking for strong consultants from overseas to join all three offices.

With a variety of desks on offer, they mainly recruit in to the Mining/Oil & Gas industry and cover all types of roles that are needed. With fantastic offices in Sydney CBD and incentives flying consultants all over the world, this company are hard to beat on culture and work environment. They also want their consultants to be as successful as possible to create the perfect business, therefore their training, support and as already mentioned, incentives are exceptional.

The role will be either a permanent or temporary recruitment role, depending on the desk you apply for, and they can offer a variety of locations. This position is a 360 consultant role, from interviewing candidates to attending client visits, but will mainly offer you something that is very special: a chance to work for a successful, highly-rewarding business full of like-minded people. The duties are as follows:

- Actively participating in incentives throughout the year, and working your way up leader boards
- Passionately developing your business to the best of your ability to make a name for yourself in your market
- Interviewing quality candidates on a daily basis
- Daily advertising
- Advising your clients on recruitment strategies and plans
- Developing your own network of candidates within your market
- Achieving and surpassing targets monthly
- Offering help and guidance to your team, where necessary
- Attending monthly revenue meetings and training days
- Other ad hoc duties
