An excellent opportunity has become available with my client based at the Norwich airport industrial estate.
My client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their busy and expanding team.
- Processing and management of customers contracts all products
- Contract file completion (all products), ensuring the file is accurate for release to the installation regions to install
- Preparation of print packs
- Management reporting
- Compliance checking of Commissions & Over Riders
- Maintaining areas of responsibilities in accordance with requirements & policies
- Key point of contact for external and internal customers (Sales, Operations, Customers and Suppliers)
- Conducting Customer Care Call to ensure service levels, and providing feedback
- Assisting teams throughout the department in order for the department to achieve the targets set
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills along with strong accurate administration experience.
Salary is between £14 - 16k depending on experience
