A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Office Manager from an Insurance background to join an established and very reputable Insurance Broker in Bath.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of broking and claims within the Personal Lines business, liaising closely with other areas of the business.
Responsibilities will include the following;
- Develop current processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the office
- Plan and prioritise workloads to ensure that all commitments and requirements are met
- Interface and establish a strong working relationship with the office employees
- Conduct 121s/appraisals and coaching for staff
